Welcome to MindLeap Tutor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and integrations (including Google Calendar sync). By using MindLeap Tutor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

MindLeap Tutor provides tutoring scheduling and management tools, including optional Google Calendar synchronization. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Accounts

  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or booking sessions.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Use of Google Calendar

If you connect your Google Calendar:

  • You grant MindLeap Tutor access to create and update calendar events to manage your appointments.

  • Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

  • You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time in settings.

5. Payments

If tutoring services require payment:

  • Fees are displayed before booking.

  • Payments must be completed through the approved payment methods.

  • Refunds, if any, are handled according to our refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.

  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MindLeap Tutor, including trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

8. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • We are not responsible for missed appointments due to user error, internet issues, or third-party system outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
