1. Information We Collect

  • Account info: name, email, phone, and any details you submit when booking.

  • Appointment info: subjects, tutor, date/time, notes.

  • Google Calendar data (if you connect): event titles, times, attendee email, and metadata needed to create, update, or delete tutoring events.

We do not access other Google data outside requested calendar scopes.

2. How We Use Information

  • Schedule and manage tutoring sessions.

  • Two-way sync with your Google Calendar.

  • Send confirmations, reminders, and updates.

  • Improve service reliability and security.

3. Google API Services Compliance

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Data from Google Calendar is used only to provide the features you request, is not sold or used for advertising, and is not transferred except to provide or secure the service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent data. We share only with:

  • Google Calendar API to perform calendar operations you authorize.

  • Authorized tutors/contractors to deliver sessions under confidentiality.

Account and appointment records are retained as required for operations, tax, and legal compliance. Google Calendar data cached for sync is kept only as needed for functionality, then deleted or minimized.
